If you have a question you would like to ask or a concern that needs to be addressed, rather than meeting me for a full hour, you have the option of calling me on my 800 service and paying a very modest per-minute rate. For the novice, I conduct beginner sessions that include such basics as a diet plan, full instruction on proper lifting technique, circuit training (if desired) and follow-up. This program is designed for an individual that has minimal workout knowledge and is looking at simply improving their health, losing body fat, improving general tone and conditioning as well as functional strength. I also offer rehabilitation sessions for individuals coming off of injuries or needing to strengthen specific muscle groups for surgery. I have extensive experience in the clinical setting and rely primarily on tubing and static stretching techniques to improve range and mobility without aggravating the condition. | My area of specialty is

This is a much more intense program that caters to those individuals
with moderate to extensive knowledge in the field who are concerned
with learning advanced lifting techniques, applying periodization
and other parameters to their current training, deepening their
knowledge of food and supplements as well as motivational strategies
and psychological tactics for gaining an edge over the competition.
Bodybuilding and power training requires the utmost dedication,
drive and perseverance and IS NOT for the faint of heart. One has to be willing to endure pain at times, both physical and mental, pushing themselves past the point of comfort in order to force their bodies to break plateaus and elicit explosive muscular growth. Having the proper knowledge, guidance and coaching in this venue is invaluable. For those with a specific athletic orientation, I further offer specialized sport-specific training to address the individual needs of your chosen sport. My areas of expertise are baseball and football, but I am familiar with many others and can help you to strengthen those areas imperative to your success. While sports skills are acquired and extremely difficult to obtain, power is what separates the common athlete from the superstar. Your numbers will soar and you will gain the respect and admiration of your teammates as you adopt your new leadership role. Having more size will also give you a decided edge in any contact sport.
